  PeopleSoft Project Manager : CA / CWA / MBA / B.E / B.Tech / MCA
  • Managing client engagement
  • Understanding requirements specifications ,project scoping writing tech specs and RFPs
  • Providing work direction and leadership to multiple teams, including scheduling, assignment and review of project work
  • Tracking, monitoring and communicating project progress against project plan
  • 8+ years of experience with more than 2 years in Project Management
  • Must have managed atleast 2 PeopleSoft Projects
  • Good exposure to Project Management methodologies and tools
  • Good Team Management skills
  • Must have experience working with ISO and CMM methodologies and should be well versed with Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in working with Onsite-Offshore delivery model
  • PMI Certification a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills and experience with client interfacing
  • PeopleSoft certification desirable

  PeopleSoft Tech Lead : B.E / B.Tech / MCA
  • Analyzing requirements and preparing high and low level design
  • Reviewing of architecture/design and test key areas
  • Interface and manage client expectations
  • Strong Database and SQL skills required. Proficient in the use of Oracle and MS SQL Server databases
  • 4-6 years of overall development experience with at least 3 years of experience in actual PeopleSoft development using people tools, (preferably later versions of 8.x), People Code (preferable Object Oriented), Application Designer, Application Engine, SQR, Crystal Reports, nVision and Workflow
  • Experience in integration tools like Component Interface and File Layout is a plus
  • Good team management skills
  • Must have experience working with ISO and CMM methodologies and should be well versed with Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in working with Onsite-Offshore delivery model
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • PeopleSoft certification desirable

  • Work as part of a team covering one or more products in PeopleSoft Financials / HCM
  • Interact with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into implemental solutions
  • Guide development team in construction efforts
  • Good Functional & Business Process Knowledge
  • 2-8 yrs of experience in implementing PeopleSoft Financials / HRMS solution with at least 1 complete end-to-end implementation
  • Knowledge of PSQUERY and SQL Query Analyzer
  • Good Communication skills
  • PeopleSoft certification a big plus
  • Knowledge of ISO and CMM methodologies

  • Setup and lead JD Edwards implementation, support, and consulting practice
  • Build teams in India and US
  • Project Management, facilitate process improvement and manage customer expectations
  • Responsible for Business Development and Presales activities
  • 7-12  yrs of experience in implementing JD Edwards product suite of which at least 3 years should be in the position of a Project Manager
  • At least 3 complete end-to-end implementation cycles
  • In depth knowledge of JD Edwards functionality and technology, including OneWorld, Xe and Enterprise One product lines
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, supply chain and financials
  • Experience in JD Edwards upgrade and integration with third party tools and applications
  • Knowledge of ISO and CMM methodologies

  PeopleSoft Associate Consultant : MCA / B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc in IT, CS or ECE
  • Should have passed out in 2006 or later.
  • Consistent Academic performance of 65% and above in SSC, HSC and graduation.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work in an environment which requires lot of interactions is a must.
  • Should have good analytical skills.
  • Should have the drive and aptitude to learn new technologies.
