Mohan Munirathinam

Co-founder and Director of Citagus. Has over 16 years of experience in IT industry, specifically in development/delivery of packaged and custom business application software. Senior PeopleSoft Product Specialist with 12 years in PeopleSoft space and key member in Design and Development of PeopleSoft Financial line of Products. Headed all offshore product development initiatives of PeopleSoft financials product line for Release 8.9. Has worked with top tier organizations including PeopleSoft, Cap Gemini, Voice Stream (now Tmobile), United Insurance, Time Warner, US Technologies, ING and iGATE Global Solutions. Has extensive experience with building new teams and offshore development centers and making them productive in a short span of time. Educational background includes a masters degree in engineering from University of Kentucky

Raam Ramachandran

Co-founder and Director of Citagus, 15 years of industry experience and majority of it in USA, Ex-employee of PeopleSoft, California. While at PeopleSoft product development, key member of product and technology organization as a architect and senior developer. While at PeopleSoft Consulting organization, several important roles involving large scale implementation in the utility, government and private enterprises. Expert in PeopleSoft ESA solutions. Integral part of design, development and consulting for products like Project Costing (Projects) and Program Management. Very familiar with the application maintenance and support process in large enterprises.

Anand Kavatkar

Co-Founder and Director of Citagus.14 Years of experience in Information Technology serving clients in BFSI industry. Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and MBA. Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Software Quality Analyst Extensive Project Management experience in handling large, complex, multi-million dollar IT projects in BFSI segment. Worked with global customers including ING, Citibank, American Express, Free Balance and Bombay Stock Exchange. Has been instrumental in setting up and managing onsite-offshore teams for large organizations. Managed complex multi-location projects using global delivery model. Experience in setting up Quality Management Systems and Processes adhering to CMM and ISO standards.

Lynn Duffy

Vice President of North America Operations.  Lynn has spent over 25 years in the IT industry.  She worked with larger companies including Oracle/PeopleSoft, BellSouth, GEAC and several different Healthcare entities.  Among her responsibilities are business development, sales, vendor management, start - up and execution of various strategic projects, outsourcing and general IT project and people management.  Lynn has a degree from LSU and is our first US based employee – she is proud to be in her 4th year as a part of the Citagus Management Team.
